In light of new evidence showing that banks such as Wachovia ($378,400,000,000 Drug Cartels) and HSBC (estimated £38,000,000,000,000 with potentially illegal ties) have willfully and knowingly conducted illegal business practices that have potentially hurt our national defense and economic interests, they should be held accountable. When a regular citizen of the United States can get 80 years in prison for LEGALLY growing medical marijuana I find it very concerning when an institution that we are supposed to trust funds these operations illegally, and on these scales, that no actions are taken.
If the Supreme Court allows that corporations are people, then they should be prosecuted as such.
