BJ Lucas in Liberty County GA was arrested and we believe unlawfully and excessively charged with felonies! We are fellow Veterans of Mr. Lucas, who served over 10 years and on multiple deployments, know Mr. Lucas to be a exceptional man, soldier and family man! The charges are not only excessive, but vague, broad and archaic! We do not want to see a good man who honorably served and sacrificed so much for his country to become a victim of the system! He has already spent several years away from his family in service to our country, why try to put him away for several more? We ask for an investigation and if need be a pardon for this young man so he may continue with his life and become a beneficial and productive member of our society in the same way he was an exceptional soldier!!
