Investigate the possibility to allow voting for state and federal elections via the internet.

As more and more people around the world begin to use the Internet, it is time we as a nation create a voting system that utilizes the internet in order to better serve the constituents of the United States of America. Voter turnout has dropped 10% from the past two Presidential elections meanwhile social networking has become mainstream in that time period. Starting in 2004, Facebook has reached 1 billion active monthly users as of October 2012 and events such as the Arab Spring would have probably not happened without social media. It is time that we use the internet to bring Democracy into the 21st century
