To investigate the possibility of Brazilian public money supporting dictatorships and corruption in Venezuela and Africa

Created by M.H. on December 21, 2014

I kindly ask to the Executive Power of U.S.A. the following:
Please, speak and investigate the possibility (and strong suspicion) of corruption in BNDS (Brazilian Development Bank) investing Brazilian people money in corrupts companies, governors and dictatorships in Venezuela and Africa. In these investments the money is not controlled by Brazilian entities that audit public money usage like TCU (Federal Court of Accounts) or CGU (Inspector General of the Union); Entity that had budget drastically reduced last years of PT ( Workers Party) in power.
There is a need for clarification of the fate of this money, which can be supporting dictators and corrupt companies that violate human rights and are subject to HRW investigations (human Rights Watch).
Thank you.
