Seeking investigation by the Department of Justice for possible election fraud in districts, wards or counties where one candidate received 97% or more of the votes. Specifically, in those areas where one candidate received 99% - 100% of the votes and to determine if the voters are 1) registered, 2) cast more than one ballot, 3) match voter rolls, 4) voted by absentee or provisional ballot and 5) were eligible to vote in the particular district, ward or county.
