Investigate P.R federal funds miss use by goverment's officials.We're ready to work but they strangle our strenght

P.R government officials' salaries are raised to exorbitant levels,teachers earned pensions are stolen,fed. ed. funds are misused creating a third world education system,teachers use more than 30% of their salaries to purchase teaching materials.Agriculture is at its low and production is less than 13% of consumption, where we need more local agricultural products in order to maintain a better quality of life,meanwhile our food selection has been reduced to rice,beans and some canned meat due to the high cost of vegetables and fruits as there is no support for farmers,resulting in higher health insurance premiums due to the poor quality of life.We respectfully request that you intervene with these and other situations as corruption has reached its peak. We want to work to make a better PR.
