I am asking that the Federal government investigate the EXTREMELY high cost of....ink jet printer ink. I know, it seems silly. But I own a small biz & I print a lot. I would say it's about 35% of my operating cost. There is NO reason for it.
Doing some simple math, A pack of 2 ink cartridges, costs $35.36. That is for a total of 3 oz. There are 128 oz in a Gallon. Thus making the total for a gallon of ink: $1485.12 give or take a couple of bucks.
Why? It's ink. If gas cost this much, you would see riots in the streets. Profit is one thing, totally ripping off the public because you can is another.
