HAARP (High frequency Active Aurora Research Program) could have attributed to climate change through our ionosphere. This spring, Central areas and Texas had out of ordinary rainfalls. As droughts continue to get worse and wildfires expand through the west. We need to figure out why these erratic events of weather have been hitting the United states.
