All the controversy that has been generated from Mitt Romney and his tax havens needs to be addressed on the Federal Level. The Internal Revenue Service must investigate if Romney is using offshore tax havens to get out of paying his legal obligation of taxes here in the United States. If he is not paying his legal obligation of taxes, the Federal Government needs to address this, fine him and prosecute if appropriate just as they would anyone else who tries to pull this trickery on the American people.
