Investigate Public Defenders offices and their Attorneys

Created by A.W. on August 03, 2013

People who cannot afford to hire adequate and competent attorneys depend on Public Defenders to justly represent their best interest. Americans pay for this in their taxes. Prison's are full of American citizens whom have been lured into taking "deals" from the State or County Attorneys offices, by their Public Defenders. These attorneys rather work with the opposing counsel rather than take a stand on unconstitutional and corrupt police actions. Leading to thousands of American's with felony records for some crimes. These American's may have had a different outcome if they had been able to "afford" proper counsel.
