With the high number of cases involving wealthy defendants receiving no prison time for crimes that would normally require it, I am calling for an investigation on any and all cases where a wealthy criminal is treated better than another citizen would. These cases include but are not limited to Ethan Couch, Ty Warner, and Robert H. Richards IV.
Judges should always remember that Lady Justice is blind, but the citizens need to know that is actually the case and that money never corrupts it.
