Mr President we would like you to investigate record companies that own stock in private prisons, and their deliberate programming of low-income youth into a criminal mentality through rap music to fill the private prisons for profit. There's a open letter on the internet penned by a unnamed record company executive titled "The Secret Meeting that Changed Rap Music and Destroyed a Generation". This record exec said that in 1991 he was invited to a closed door meeting for record execs and was told the companies they worked for became silent investors in the private prison industry and needed their "positions of influence" to "Impact the profitability of these investments" by marketing rap music which promotes a "criminal behavior". This is malicious and very unethical. Please investigate.
