On June 17, 2013, Rep. Michael Burgess proudly declared that he watches videos depicting America's tiniest citizens, our little fetus-American brothers, engaging in sick, immoral sexual acts, specifically, masturbation.
Viewing such material is a clear violation of Section 2256 of Title 18, United States Code, the federal law providing criminal sanctions for the possession, distribution, and production of child pornography.
Do to the age of its victims--some are as young as negative 18 weeks old--so-called "Fetal Wank" porn is one of the most vile sub-genres of child pornography, and apparently, Rep. Burgess, by his own admission, not only views it, but may also produce it using a sonic camera that employs sound waves to record it.
