Investigate Riot Games for punishing law abiding citizens for using their first ammendment

Riot has a server in North America, that include the United States. Recently, they have been banning accounts which have monetary value when you say stuff like "beta faggot" or "kill your self". Punishing those for using their constitutional right (1st amendment), our Founding Fathers made it very clear that our first amendment is guaranteed and the Government needs to protect it.
