We the American People request diplomats be sent to the Russian Government for answers to their actions as of late. The Russian Government has singled out Americans to ban adoptions. And is now unvieling their new submarines that have ICBM capabilities. The American People would not only like to know why they are singled out for an adoption ban. But what does Russia need new ICBM submarines for. This is not the cold war and we demand answers.
