Investigate Sallie Mae's complaints on the mishandling of Student Loans applications, payments, and payoffs.

Based on the websites and complaints that I have found believe that something needs to be done about Sallie Mae accountability in handling student loans. Students not getting a response regarding their loans, to not being notified on loan changes, getting collection notices when payments have been made and than not depositing money that was sent. The complaints are too numerous to list them all. But when you have a 91% poor rating with Consumer Affairs it is apparent something needs to be done.
