Help the children with their learning disabilities, some schools don't have the resource program and its told to the children and family that they had resource. but it s a lie and the child is being mentally neglected and abandoned for their resource. " NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND" and medicaid is paying for the resource program while the child ain't getting his/her program.
