We, the undersigned, request legislation to take action in investigating academic officials, law enforcement officials, and the remaining perpetrators involved in the Steubenville, OH rape of a sixteen year old girl. The purpose of this bill is to bring corrupt officials to justice, prevent future crimes of this nature, and to educate young men and women about rape and the severity of it.
Some background information
A sixteen year old girl was drinking and incapactited. Members of the high school football team proceed to take this girl to multiple places throughout the night while violating her through out the night.
