At a time when national security is reliant on vigilance, we ask that our government investigate several known and provable breaches of security in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and, indeed, involving the entire country. Attempts to report this breach by Joseph Hyman Lakritz, a convicted felon, and payments by him to military personnel have gone uninvestigated due to the fact that the reporting person was once married to the offender. We have found, from the Boston Bombing, a spouse or ex-spouse is often a source of information no one else can provide. We know that corruption can often lead to holes in security, and that appears to be the case at this time.
We further request that investigations be opened into racial profiling, falsification of police reports and other unlawful
