We the people believe that there was foul play by the FBI and Oregon State Police in the shooting and killing of Lavoy Finicum. The recent video released by the FBI shows a law enforcement agent jumping out in front of a moving truck. It also appears in the video that Lavoy Finicum exited the truck with his hands in the air. It looks like he may have been shot or shot at with his hands in the air before reaching for his firearm.
