Investigate the Starke County Indiana Police Department for using Excessive Force and being corrupt at the local level.

This is important because in the past year alone I have received over 500 complaints from individuals regarding these two jailers from Starke County Jail. The complains range from excessive force to sexual harassment of female inmates. One thing is certain, these two individuals belong on the other side of the law in order for justice to be upheld. If Starke County and the State government want the citizens and constituents of this county to remain there and continue to re elect the current elected politicians than something needs to be done. The two individuals have stepped over the line too far and believe that because they have connections to the local government politics, that they cannot be touched or reviewed by state officials.
