Steve Jordan of Linden, NJ USA has been claiming that he is an Army soldier on active duty, combat Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan AND with the NJ National Guard. He claims to have earned (and posts pictures in uniform wearing) the following (but not limited to) designations and/or awards:Purple Heart, Parachutist Badge, Ranger Scroll, Special Forces Tab, Combat Infantry Badge WITH STAR, Combat Medic, Air Assault, etc, etc... Unfortunately, ProfessionalSoldier.com, pownetwork.org, the Mayor's Office of Linden, NJ and the Military Times Hall of Valor all confirm that Jordan has never served in the US Armed Forces. He has repeatedly been requested to provide proof of service, and posts new pictures and comments daily in uniform, however fails to provide real proof.
