The recent SCOTUS ruling that eliminated political contribution caps could not have happened if the Supreme Court were ruling by the US Constitution. Money is not speech, others the framers would have said so. Money is not free, the very presence of money negates that concept. Political contributions are neither free nor speech, and Americans across the political spectrum are calling out the blatant disregard of our founding document. Repeal Citizens United, repeal McCutcheon.
