Investigate a system in which old laws can be readily repealed or updated, and stimulate democratic process.

We should be able to recall politicians who go against the rulings of the public who elected them. Basically, all politicians would be on a "probationary" status, in which everything they do is watched closely. There should be accountability of everyone who serves this country, right up to then President, and the public should meet to discuss the results of observing these politicians and policymakers. Furthermore, laws should be periodically voted on to make sure they are still functional and prudent to make modern America a better country.
