We request that the Department of Justice investigate systemic racial profiling and discrimination in North St. Louis County, MO, including the city of Ferguson, MO. and surrounding communities. Citizens in these areas cite reports and data showing that the police disproportionately target minorities for traffic stops, investigative stops, and excessive force.
