TicketMaster is the only viable option to direct ticket sales to concerts and other large scale events. The seem to be gouging fans and event attendees with outrageous "convenience" and other fees at an astronomical rate, tacking on at least 20-30 percent more cost. There's no viable market alternative to TicketMaster, thus their sole dominance of first of sale ticket market.
