Investigate the unfair hiring practices in the Department of Citywide Agency Services in the City of New York.

Created by D.F. on November 11, 2014

The City of New York, has been given City exams for as long as I can remember and I've also come to notice that a lot of people within this city has paid and taken these exams, passed them, to only be placed on some list for more than five years or until the list expires. Then the people have to pay again to take possibly the same exams and others only to be placed back on a list that goes no where. There is no accountability on the part of the City of New York or DCAS.
These unfair hiring practices need to be eliminated as well as allowing city agencies to hire people temporarily that have not paid to take exams nor are placed on the "DCAS List".
