As a tax payer and private citizen, I wonder why the US Anti-Doping Agency singled out Lance Armstrong for alleged blood doping years after his final Tour de France performance? He claims to have never failed a blood test and was tested hundreds of times. Armstrong claims that he complied with all USADA requests for blood and urine testing when he raced and that these samples never tested positive. Either Lance has cheated or the USADA is not playing fair. For a man who is an inspiration to millions, this is a question that should be answered and someone should be held accountable.
