1) What political pressures does the leadership of the USDA experience from industrial agricultural producers to prevent them from making decisions to the benefit of American consumers?
2) What portion of the USDA budget is used for the investigation, prosecution and shut down of family farms?
3) What legal right do the USDA and their state counterparts have to confiscate livestock, produce, processing equipment and processed items without scientific proof of hazard specific to each farm prior to confiscation?
4) How are USDA regulations detrimental to state to state commerce and consumer choice?
