I would like the Federal Government to use the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act in conjunction with RICO specifically (if a crime has been committed) Fraud, Money Laundering. To take back ownership of the IRS and move it to being owned 100% unimpeded, unequivocally by the Federal Government.
Strategy/Sidenote: The reporting of FATCA is currently scheduled to go directly to the IRS; this should be covertly monitored.
I have come up with the Solution to the United States Tax system, the strategy to make it happen, I would like a Job at the FBI.
