Temporary staffing agencies get the contracts from companies and corporations to provide temporary workers. These agencies are then responsible for providing the benefits and compensation for the employees. Agency employees often work at the corporate/company site with full employees on corporate/company projects, for their enrichment, yet are not considered their employees. But often the benefits and wages offered to employees by the agency are the barest minimum possible, while it is the employees who do the majority of the work. This situation, needs reformation. There need to be regulations to ensure fair wages and benefits for temporary workers especially since large and lucrative corporations are turning to this tactic to increase profits and lower their taxes.
