We believe that in the developement of advanced technology within the U.S. that the telecommunications systems of the U.S. are being used as an offensive weapons system against law abiding U.S. citizens to cause painful exposure to r.f. and microwave types of electronics signals,up to and including lethal consequenses.We believe that the FISA Act and the retroactive immunity to the telecommunications industry supporting the U.S. government in wiretaps has created a loophole for the telecomms to use their technology for their own personal gains and should not be looked upon as support of a Homeland Security measure but rather as a threat to civil liberties within the U.S.We believe that the lack of oversight of how the FISA Act is being used and abused is a contributing factor.
