Voting is the foundation of our democracy and a fundamental right and responsibility of each and every citizen. If the will of the people is to be known and done, then tabulating the votes to determine the outcome of elections must be done in a manner that ensures the highest levels of integrity.
On November 5, 2015, Kentucky held statewide elections for a number of public offices. These election results show profound statistical anomalies that cannot be explained away by a simple counting and reporting of the vote. A much more detailed investigation and analysis is in order.
Please help to ensure the integrity of American elections by directing the appropriate federal resources to undertake a recount of the paper ballots cast in this election and any other actions deemed necessary.
