Investigate Walmart's Mistreatment of Injured Employee's in Louisiana

Sherrie Ellison was a law abiding citizen until she had a slip and fall accident at Walmart. Sherrie worked Part-time for this company three years without complaint handing money all day. After her first fall. Walmart reported she committed Fraud to the Workforce Commission (1/20/2010)and demanded she return to work(2/2/2010). She returned to work on crutches and had a second fall(2/17/2010). Walmart reported she committed Workers Compensation Fraud/ Felony Theft to the Attorney's General Office and demanded she return to work. Sherrie was arrested on crutches(4/14/2010). After having Surgery and returning to work on a walker(12/31/2010). Management harassed, threaten, and terminated her after receiving a Second Medical Opinion (4/22/2011). Walmart had her arrested on a walker(8/2011).
