JP Morgan Chase, which was formerly Washington Mutual failed to protect the rights of minority women and veterans and military for wrongful foreclosure experiences committed by the Washington Mutual mortgage companies. They failed to modify my mortgage loan for my benefit and then wrongfully foreclosed on my property. I am seeking financial damages and restitution for the predatory lending practices committed by JP Morgan Chase Bank.
