We petion administration to investigate war crimes and crimes against humanity conducted by Bush administration during War on Terror (including but not limited to Iraq and Afghanistan wars). Under Bush administrations human rights were violated, tortures were conducted.
Everybody who participated in development and execution of torture program as well as other war crimes of Bush administration should face consequences of their actions and be tried as war criminals.
