Investigate the way inmates are treated in jail and after being released from jail in Tennessee.

It is time that the u.s. Government investigates the fact that inmates in Tennessee county jails such as Montgomery county are treated like animals in a cage. News reporter have tried to film inside the jails,only to be threatened with incarceration themselves. The food is horrible, the razors are resharpend and sanitized and passed back out to inmates. Also most grievance forms never receive a response or are never turned in by the deputies working in the jail. Also there is basically no type of programs to help inmates to re enter society. I know jail is of a persons own doing but it is ridiculous that people should have to be treated like we are less than a human being just because of the bad decisions we have made.
