Wells Fargo and America's Servicing Company have thousands of complaints for mishandling loan re-modifications. Thousands are being/have been foreclosed on because of their refusal to properly process re-modifications. The employees are un-willing to listen to consumers at all.
With all the complaints about this bank why has it not been investigated already?
