In Marienville pa which received about ($52,460.00)those funds were used for new police tower,police atv,patrol vehicles and boats,meanwhile health and mental care has no or very little funding and has been suffering while smokers are being taxed for smoking it seems the funds from those taxes are being misspent on other things besides health and mental care as it was designed to be for. Its time to stop the abuse of these funds and use them where they need and were meant for
