On 3 occasions, FBI Director James Comey violated the Justice Department's practice of never commenting on an ongoing investigation. In July, he announced to the press the FBI's recommendation that no charges be brought against Secretary Clinton. His remarks also included his own personal opinions about the case. Former Attorney General Eric Holder has described these actions as a "stunning breach of protocol". In late October, Comey issued a letter indicating that the FBI was looking into emails that might relate to this previous case. Days prior, Rudy Giuliani hinted at an October surprise. The American people need to know whether the FBI deliberately interfered with the presidential election and/or leaked info to the Trump campaign. This matter must be investigated immediately.
