I believe the lobbying against the hard working American has to be sited and stopped. The current workers compensation practices for pin-pointing cover-ups by businesses, insurance adjusters, lawyers, and doctors needs to be revamped and placed under very severe and strict scrutiny for its unfairness against all hard working American workers. Many injuries are hidden, covered-up, and downplayed by these persons placed in authority to oversee and work in the best interest of our nations sometimes severely injured workers. I speak from experience; because my back has been hurt twice on (2),two different jobs. The pay-offs have to be stopped.
