Wireless carriers charge excessive prices for their services already; however now they deem it necessary to throttle or lower speeds of the customers data that make the devices useless while still expecting full payment every month. The contract they make the customer sign allows this to happen. I believe this to be very unjust and the contracts should be evaluated and the consumer protected better against signing contracts of these matters. If there was a group already looking out for the consumer then the consumer wouldn't have to fight a loosing battle with the massive corporations/wireless carriers.
