Request Congress and the Executive Branch to investigate and remove those discovered guilty of committing atrocities which are permitted by the administration of the Indian Health Service who perpetuate a culture of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation against staff and members of the community by removing qualified, quality staff, permit those with conduct issues to remain causing a burden to the tax payer through lawsuits taking funding away from patient care, and covering up illegal activities through an alliance of cronyism resulting in substandard care, sentinel events, and fear by the Native American community to seek out medical, mental, and preventative care.
