Robert Saylor was a 26 year old man that suffered from Down Syndrome who was killed last month at a movie theater.
The police involved in this incident should be tried for police misconduct/brutality and homicide. Under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, police brutality is a direct violation of the laws within the police force. The use of excessive force is a direct violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S Constitution regarding cruelty and protection of the laws.
