My non-profit,RACE BIBLE, is in search of a Solution to Poverty in America. Will,$275,000,000,approximately,at $1,000,000 each,for poor Americans,solve Poverty in this Country?

My figures are not accurate,but I think,the annual cost of the Food stamp Program in Georgia,is about 20 Billion.
With,approximately,275,000,000 new millionares,there would be no need for this or any other poverty program to exist! All the employees from it,the Welfare Departments,Social Security,Unemployment Compensation,food pantries,ad infinitum,could all be shut down!
Americans would be the happiest People on the topside of this planet "mud-bud"!
New vehicle purchases,would soar! The housing market would jump around! The sitting Administraion would be re-elected!
