The purpose of this petition is to start a full federal investigation of the practices of Planned Parenthood in light of the recent allegations of the sale of human fetal organs and tissues, and to restrict tax payer dollars form supporting Planned Parenthood during such investigation until it can be established that they are conforming to all state and federal laws.
