Investigation: HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS in USA as consequence of ARBITRARY INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION of Patriot Act

Created by J.A. on July 26, 2012

PATRIOT ACT is considered among many USA citizens, and by the international community, the base of HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS. There is a MAIN reason for it: arbitrary redaction, interpretation and application of it. Concerning this particular main reason, there are few grounds, such as: 1) SATURATION by massive amount of irrelevant information in the ACT such as FBI duties already contained in other legal documents; 2) Malicious CODE SWITCHING with colonial acts (1700s) IN OFFICIAL DISCOURSES BY G. W. BUSH, JR.; 3) ILLEGAL/IRRESPONSIBLE DISTRIBUTION by governmental employees OF VITAL INFORMATION of innocent people to other incapable or biased civilians; 4) CIVIL ILLEGAL REPREHENSIONS (specially particularly related to id confidential data) against people they freely judge as suspicious.
