We, as a government, cannot spend more than the federal tax revenue. The elected officials are working the wrong way. Increasing the national deficit ceiling is not the means by which we reduce debt. The federal budget is the problem. We need a group of concerned citizens to review and rework the budget, not legislators who are pushing for their constituent's concerns. The stimulus package did not trickle down like Reaganomics. We need bipartisan professionals in economics and social issues to fix this country's spending.
