My wife and I would like to attend a State dinner. We are just average Americans, lifelong Kentuckians who love our country and would love to show it on a grand stage. I have a scientific background and can discuss all energy, innovation, and environmental issues while my wife is in advertising and can speak to education, arts, and culture. I believe President and Mrs. Obama would find us to be delightful dinner guests who can mingle with anyone and provide a lighthearted conversation when needed and serious when it requires.
