Invite Narendra Modi, a pro-business prominent Indian leader, to visit the nation and foster stronger economic ties

Created by R.S. on October 29, 2013

The State Department has denied visa to Narendra Modi, the thrice-elected Chief Minister of Gujarat, a state in India, and the main opposition candidate for the office of India’s Prime Minister to visit US.

"Hailed for his pro-business image and for successfully inviting global corporations such as GM and Ford to set up large factories, Modi has delivered impressive economic growth, averaging 10% a year. He has never faced allegations of corruption," says Washington Post. His rivals have used a decade-old riot against Muslims to malign him, but he was exonerated by Indian courts of any involvement in this tragedy. State Department stands alone among world powers (including Europe) in its opposition to Mr. Modi.

Please invite Mr. Modi to visit our nation and help foster stronger ties.
